Ultrasonic welding machines are widely used for cathode connector welding in battery manufacturing because they create strong, low-resistance, solid-state bonds between non-ferrous metals like aluminum and copper without melting the materials.

This system is compatible with both pouch and cylindrical cell formats and is suitable for both cathode (Al) and anode (Cu/Ni) tab welding applications. Features a compact design that allows for installation inside standard inert-gas glove boxes and has a user-friendly interface with adjustable parameters (pressure, time, power).
